Vonage Sucks worse than Ameritech/SBC/AT&T or whatever they're called. I am totally convinced of this.

I just spent the past 10 months with Vonage service (if you can call it that). It was the worst phone service i've had, and pretty much had to call anyone who called me back from my cell phone so they could understand what i was saying.

I have spent the past six months trying to cancel the service and finally after an irritating 20 minute exchange with some clown in customer service there, I got them to cancel my service and refund me two months worth of charges, but, then charge me $41 to cancel their shitty service.

DO NOT USE VONAGE. WE LIVE IN A CELLULAR WORLD.
